Do I have to sign a contract?

No. In fact, we avoid contracts whenever possible. We believe that providing the best products and equipment at competitive prices along with unparalleled customer service will gain and maintain our customer’s loyalty. Simply put, we’d rather have you stay with us because of our stellar service than because you’re chained to us.

Where did the name Blue Tiger come from?

Good question! When thinking of a name for our coffee service we realized how many coffee services have the word “coffee” somewhere in their name. Our concept for a coffee service was new and different, so we wanted to stand out – like a blue tiger. After all, if you saw a blue tiger would you forget it?

We asked our friends what they thought of the name Blue Tiger. They liked it. So, now we call ourselves Blue Tiger, and we still really like it.

We’re a little different, unconventional even. We’re Blue Tiger.

How do I get started?

It’s easy!

  1. Contact us with your company info. We’ll need to know your contact info, your company’s size, and which services and products you’re interested in.
  2. We’ll create a custom proposal that includes services, products, equipment and pricing just for you.
  3. We’ll set up an install and delivery date that is convenient for you.
  4. You sit back and enjoy the benefits of our excellent service and the adulation of everyone in your office! 

Why do you provide whole bean coffees instead of ground?

Whole beans maintain their freshness longer, whereas coffee that has been ground tends to dry out and lose some of its integrity.  We receive our coffees from local artisan roasters as whole beans to ensure that you get the maximum amount of aromatics, freshness and flavour out of every pot you brew.

In order to serve your needs, we have a variety of systems available that do the work for you. They grind the exact amount of coffee you need (no measuring is required), whether you’re brewing a single cup or an entire thermos.

If you prefer not to receive whole beans, we can ask the roaster to grind your coffee prior to delivery. We also provide a wide variety of traditional, pre-measured, pre-ground, fractional packaged coffees.

Whole bean coffee is a greener choice, there’s much less packaging waste produced. Less packaging and handling also means less cost.  This makes it possible for us to offer artisan crafted specialty coffees at prices comparable to the mass produced varieties.

What is the Sip of the Month program?

The sip of the month program is one of our most popular perks. A different blend from one of our favourite roasters is featured monthly and added to your regular coffee order. You get to try something new each month without ever giving up your favourite standby!

Does Blue Tiger offer vending services?

Not traditional coin vending services.  Instead, we offer snack racks, mini markets and beverage coolers that can be customized to fit your office space. These are often offered at no additional cost to you when you choose to buy your snacks and beverages through Blue Tiger. A huge advantage to snack racks and mini markets is that you can easily provide healthy snack options for your employees – a major priority for many offices.

If you still feel traditional vending is right for your office, Blue Tiger can still make your life easier by working closely with some of the finest vending services in each of our locations. For instance, in Seattle we highly recommend Elite Vend. We’ll even provide one bill for both your vending and coffee services.  Several clients have told us that our tight relationship with our vendors makes them feel like they only deal with one supplier for both services.

Do you serve offices with less than 25 employees?

The short answer – maybe. It all depends on the types and level of service you’re looking for. The best thing to do is to fill out the online request form and choose “Under 25” in the ‘how many employees field’ and we’ll contact you to see if Blue Tiger would be a good fit.

Even if we don’t turn out to be a good fit, we’ll happily give you suggestions on a solution for your office.

What if I need daily service and more management?

No problem! We take care of clients with a wide range of needs. Our experienced crew is trained to manage large and/or busy facilities. If you know exactly what you want, we can take care of it for you. If you’re not sure, we’ll help you create a program that meet the needs of your workplace.

When filling out the online form tell us your desired frequency and level of management in the comment box. Choose “Enterprise” in the ‘number of employees’ field if you have branches in more than one location.
